The Ontario Antiques Mall Co-Op on Route 332 is a huge indoor flea market complex..

Recreation & Entertainment

The biggest show in town is the Finger Lakes Casino & Racetrack, which attracts people from throughout the Greater Rochester area. Along with thoroughbred racing and slot machines, the place hosts live concerts and other events.

Transportation & Traffic

The New York State Thruway has an exit-entrance in Farmington. Route 96 is a busy east-west thoroughfare, and Route 332 is a north-south highway that takes you into Canandaigua.

Pros & Cons

Farmington is fast-growing, but still maintains a mostly agricultural feel. Farmington is between busy Victor and historic Canandaigua, and is a gateway of sorts to the western Finger Lakes. The racetrack and casino are often crowded with patrons from throughout the area. Traffic is not as heavy in Farmington as it is in nearby Victor.
