Pros & Cons

Carroll is a town of about 3,500 residents, making it bigger than some nearby towns but still small enough to feel like a small town. The hamlet of Frewsburg has more than half of the town’s residents and is bigger than most villages around here. Pennsylvania is just past the southern border of the town, and Cattaraugus County is just east of here. Proximity to Jamestown and Lakewood is a plus.
